Geoff Lawes – Geoff Lawes is managing director of Revelare Systems and one of the founders of the Revelare group of companies. Geoff has a background in computer science, physics and geomatics, with 22 years as a leader in the Defence, manufacturing and geospatial intelligence sectors. As a passionate advocate for a strong cyber security culture in the workforce and for higher education, Geoff hopes to see Cairns develop as a centre of excellence in technology and cyber security education.
Susan Martin – Susan has an extensive background in risk management and has held many Senior Executive roles, including Chief Risk Officer in the banking and finance industry. Susan’s risk experience has been on a global level and covers all risk types, including cyber security due to its increasing impacts and links to customer privacy.
Jon Coleman – Jon is an experienced business leader with many years spent in senior strategic leadership positions in technology and security across government, retail, manufacturing and financial services. He is now the Chief Information Security Officer at Energy Queensland where he is driving significant change in their cyber security posture, having taken on similar challenges in both Federal Government and the finance sector previously.
Vanessa Maruna – Vanessa is a Partner at Holding Redlich and the National Head of Holding Redlich’s Planning, Environment and Sustainability practice. She is Deputy Chair of Port Norths and Chair of Ports North Human Resources Committee. Vanessa is also Deputy Chair of Cairns Organisation United for Cancer Health (COUCH) charity.
