By subscribing to the ICT Industry e-Newsletter the Participant acknowledges that Advance Cairns is receiving funding from the Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation (DEEDI) for the Project and that as a condition of its funding Advance Cairns is obliged to provide reports to DEEDI in relation to the Project and particulars of the participants. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that Advance Cairns may provide the name and email address of the Participant (“the information”) to DEEDI on the basis that DEEDI will not use the information other than for the purposes of reviewing the Project.The Participant acknowledges that DEEDI may contact the Participant should it wish to seek the Participant’s consent to use the information for any other purpose.
